Purpose
To maintain a professional, respectful, and inclusive environment free from discrimination,
harassment, retaliation, and workplace misconduct.
Policy Statement
Get Ready is committed to providing an environment in which all individuals are treated with
dignity and respect. Harassment, discrimination, retaliation, or workplace violence will not be
tolerated.
Application
This policy applies to all employees, contractors, consultants, partners, and program participants
in any work-related environment, including digital platforms and sponsored events.
Standards
- Equal Opportunity
Employment and participation decisions are based on merit and qualifications. - Prohibited Conduct
Discrimination or harassment based on protected grounds under applicable human rights
legislation is prohibited. - Reporting
Individuals are encouraged to report concerns promptly. All reports will be addressed
fairly and confidentially. - Non-Retaliation
Retaliation against individuals who raise concerns in good faith is strictly prohibited.
Accountability
Violations of this policy may result in disciplinary action up to and including termination of
employment or contract.
