professional advancement.
Community Engagement
Approach
- Strategic Partnerships
Get Ready partners with community-based organizations to deliver structured
programming and application support. - York Pride Partnership
In 2025, Get Ready partnered with York Pride to provide EM application support to all
participants within its program. This initiative ensured equitable access to preparation
resources and structured guidance.
Get Ready will continue this partnership in 2026. - Get Ready supports and donates to the Southlake Health Foundation and P.A.R.T.Y.
(Prevention of Alcohol and Risk Related Trauma in Youth) Program to help reduce
accidents, injuries and promote safer communities. - Capacity-Building Focus
Community engagement efforts prioritize long-term skill development and structured
advancement rather than one-time interventions. - Documentation
Community engagement activities will be documented and reviewed annually for
reporting and accountability purposes.
Accountability
This policy applies to all employees and representatives of Get Ready engaged in community
initiatives.
